Members are responsible for the welcoming of members and visitors to the church and ensuring their comfort. Ensure members have places to seat during service and that any physical needs like refreshments are met. They take note of visitors to ensure they are followed up and any queries they have are responded to. They see to it that safety is ensured and there is no interruption, noise or children running all over the sanctuary during worship. They also take note of members who have needs to be visited and ministered to.
